Mediterranean Herbed Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup water
1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon dry milk powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chopped, fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon chopped, fresh oregano leaves
1 teaspoon chopped, fresh thyme leaves
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Make 1 ½-Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2-Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color.
