I'm on a low-carb diet, so I omitted the honey from the dressing. It was still plenty sweet without it.

I'm allergic to tahini, so I substituted Greek yogurt in the dressing. It was still delicious!

I followed the recipe exactly and the snow peas turned out a bit too crunchy for my liking. Next time, I'll cook them for a minute or two longer.

I'm not a huge fan of snow peas, but this recipe changed my mind. The lemon-tahini dressing was the perfect complement to the sweetness of the peas.
