Melissa's Casserole image

The name "Melissa's Casserole" stuck. I got this recipe from my sister who's name is Melissa. It is very tasty and creamy! Great to eat over rice or alone! My children all request Auntie Melissa's Casserole all the time and even ask her to make it when she is here in San Francisco visiting! :)

I'm not a big fan of casseroles, but this one is really good. It's cheesy and flavorful, and it's not too heavy.

This casserole is a great freezer meal. I made a double batch and froze one for later. It was just as good when I reheated it.
