4 ounces mesclun or other assorted greens
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Wash and dry mesclun.
  • Whisk the lemon juice, vinegar and oil and mix with greens.
