Absolutely scrumptious! Definitely not low fat and it looks like ****, but it tastes great. I sometimes make mine in the crockpot when asked to bring it to a party and it works just as well. Enjoy!

I had trouble getting the cheese to light on fire, but once it did, it was a lot of fun.

The cheese was a little too runny for my taste, but the flavor was still good.

The cheese was perfectly gooey and the chorizo added a nice kick. I served it with tortillas and everyone loved it.
