I've tried this recipe with different types of bread, and I think it works best with a hearty bread like sourdough or whole wheat.

Not bad for a quick and easy breakfast. The egg was a bit runny for my taste, but overall it was a good sandwich.

The microwave egg sandwich is a great idea, but I found that the egg was a little overcooked for my taste. I'll try cooking it for less time next time.

I thought this recipe was a great idea, but it didn't turn out well for me. The egg didn't cook evenly and the sandwich was messy. I think I'll stick to making my eggs in a pan.

Not a fan of the microwave egg sandwich. The egg was overcooked and the bread was soggy.

The microwave egg sandwich was okay. It was a bit dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try adding some butter or cream cheese next time to make it more moist.
