Microwave Shrimp Scampi for Two image

I made this recently and it worked perfectly! I love the Old Bay Seasoning in this! And I love how quick and easy it is! I got this recipe from a good food friend named Frankieanne! I added my photo!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 lb large shrimp-peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp butter
2 large cloves of garlic-minced
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1 Tbsp white wine-dry-not cooking wine
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • 1. Put the butter and garlic in a shallow dish (I used a pie plate) and microwave on high for two minutes
  • 2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together to mix. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on 50% power for six minutes.
  • 3. Let sit covered for three minutes.
  • 4. Serve over cooked linguine or rice.
