- 1. Put the butter and garlic in a shallow dish (I used a pie plate) and microwave on high for two minutes
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together to mix. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on 50% power for six minutes.
- 3. Let sit covered for three minutes.
- 4. Serve over cooked linguine or rice.
