Mini Christmas Tree Sandwiches image

I had the idea for these little Christmas tree sandwiches when I was baking cookies. They turned out adorable, and I now serve them every year for Christmas.

4 slices whole wheat bread
1 (4 ounce) chevre or other soft goat cheese
½ stalk celery, finely chopped
2 sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, diced

Steps:

  • Cut bread using a Christmas-tree-shaped cookie cutter to make 8 pieces. Spread goat cheese on top of bread shapes. Sprinkle celery and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
