Mini Frozen Fruit Cube image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 1/2 cups raspberries
3 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Add the blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sugar and 1/2 cup water to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for 30 minutes. Add a craft stick to the center of each and continue to freeze until completely solid, at least 2 hours. When ready, remove from the tray and serve immediately.
