  • 3) Preheat a large skillet or large pot with olive oil over medium heat.
  • 3) Slice andouille sausage into 0.5 -1 inch pieces.

  • 5) Add garlic and other vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 6) Place chicken stock into pot and bring to a boil. Stir in cayenne pepper. Reduce heat by half and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender and stock has reduced by half.
  • 7) Combine cooked rice into skillet or pot and add hot sauce. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine all flavors.
  • 8) You can serve this with salad or bread. Enjoy!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my dirty rice turned out really dry. I think I might have added too much rice or not enough liquid. I'll definitely be trying this recipe again, but I'll be more careful with the measurements next time.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover rice. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the spicy sausage and the creamy rice.

I love making this dish in the fall when the weather starts to cool down. It's the perfect comfort food. I usually make a big batch and freeze the leftovers for later.

I'm a big fan of one-pot meals, and this dish is perfect for that. It's easy to make and cleanup is a breeze. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made this dish with tofu instead of sausage. It was still really good! The tofu absorbed all the flavors of the other ingredients, and the rice was cooked perfectly.

This recipe was a lifesaver! I had some leftover rice and sausage, and I didn't know what to do with it. This dish was the perfect way to use up my leftovers. It was easy to make and delicious.

I was really excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed with the results. The rice was too dry and the flavors were bland. I think I'll stick to my old dirty rice recipe.

This dish was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. He said it was the best dirty rice he's ever had. I'll definitely be making it again, but I'll use less cayenne pepper next time.

I love dirty rice, and this recipe is one of the best I've tried. The addition of chorizo and green bell pepper gives it a unique and delicious flavor. I will definitely be making this again.
