These are in my published cookbook as 'Victorian Jewels'. They take fruitcake to a tasty new high and are very easy to make. Prep. time does not include the overnight marinating.

I'd rather eat a lump of coal than one of these fruitcakes.

These things are like bricks. I could use them to build a house.

I can't believe I actually ate an entire mini fruitcake. I must have been really hungry.

These were a waste of time and ingredients. Don't bother.

Not bad, but not great either. I think I'll stick to my usual fruitcake recipe.

These were okay, but not as good as I was hoping. The texture was a bit too dense and the flavor was a little bland.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my mini fruitcakes turned out dry and crumbly. Not sure what went wrong. :(

These mini fruitcakes were a bit too dense for my taste, but the flavor was still good. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I've never been a fan of fruitcake, but these mini versions are a game-changer. They're moist, flavorful, and not too dense. Definitely a new favorite!

I've tried many fruitcake recipes over the years, but this one is by far the best. The texture was perfect and the flavor was out of this world! Will definitely be making this again for next year's Christmas party.
