Mock Chop Suey Casserole Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup celery
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
Mix this with following after browned
1/4 c soy sauce
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts

Steps:

  • Place in buttered dish Bake 250 for 1 1/2 hours cover the last 1/2 hour
