Mom's cinnamon roll casserole. image

To die for cinnamon roll made into a casserole. Easy to make easy to it all of it too, lol.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 can(s) refrigerated cinnamon rolls w/ icing
4 large eggs
1/2 c whipping cream
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/3 c real maple syrup

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Separate cans of dough into 16 rolls. Set aside icing. Cut each roll into 8 pieces.
  • 2. Place pieces of dough in bottom of casserole dish. In bowl, beat eggs, cream, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over rolls.Sprinkle w/ pecans. Drizzle w/ syrup.
  • 3. Bake 20 mins, or until golden brown. Microwave icing for about 10 seconds. Drizzle icing over top of casserole.
