5 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup sesame seed
1/2 cup sun flour seeds
1/4 cup flax seed
1 Tbs sugar
3 tsp salt
3 tsp yeast
3 Tbs honey
3 Tbs olive oil
3 cups water
1/2 cup wheat germ
3 Tbs wheat gluten
