Moroccan Dry Rub image

This is a mixture of dry spices to rub on your choice of meat. This recipe makes enough for about 3 pounds of chicken thighs.

2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp minced garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp grated lemon zest
1 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
  • 2. Rub into the meat of your choice before roasting, broiling, or grilling.
