Multi-Grain Dinner Rolls - Bread Machine image

These dinner rolls will add extra fiber to your meal. I've made larger to use as a bun for sandwhiches. Easy to do with a bread machine or by hand.

These rolls are a great way to use up leftover grains. I always have a few cups of quinoa or brown rice in my pantry, and these rolls are a great way to use them up.

I've tried a few different multi-grain dinner roll recipes, but this one is definitely my favorite. The rolls are always perfect: golden brown on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
