I'm not sure what went wrong, but my salad didn't turn out very well. The mushrooms were tough and the dressing was too oily. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I thought this salad was just okay. The mushrooms were a bit bland and the dressing was too acidic. I probably won't be making this again.

This salad was a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I would have preferred a milder vinaigrette. Otherwise, the salad was very good. The mushrooms were roasted perfectly and the dressing was well-balanced.

I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, but I really enjoyed this salad. The mushrooms were roasted until they were slightly caramelized, which gave them a sweet and savory flavor. The dressing was also very good. I'll definitely be making this salad again.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover mushrooms. I had some cremini mushrooms that were starting to go bad, so I decided to make this salad. It turned out great! The dressing is simple but flavorful, and the mushrooms are roasted to perfection

The recipe was easy to follow and the salad came out delicious. The mustard vinaigrette was especially good. I used a variety of mushrooms, including cremini, shiitake, and oyster, and they all worked well.

This mushroom salad with mustard vinaigrette was a delightful surprise! The combination of flavors and textures was perfect, and the dressing added just the right amount of tang and acidity. I will definitely be making this again.
