This was my favorite Sloppy Joes recipe growing up and its still my favorite :) Don't be thrown by the Chicken Gumbo Soup (cause it WORKS!) I'm not sure where the recipe originated - maybe the Campbell Soup Company? Prep time and servings are estimated

These sloppy joes were just okay. The sauce was a bit bland and the meat was a little tough.

These sloppy joes were a bit too spicy for my taste. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.

I made a few changes to the recipe and my sloppy joes were still delicious. I used ground turkey instead of beef and I added some diced green peppers and onions to the sauce.

I'm not a huge fan of sloppy joes, but these were actually really good. The sauce was flavorful and the meat was tender.

These sloppy joes were a hit with my family! The sauce was flavorful and tangy, and the ground beef was cooked perfectly. I served them on toasted buns with coleslaw and potato chips, and they were gone in no time.
