My Uncle's Soy Sauce Salad Dressing image

Very similar to a Chinese chicken salad dressing with the added ingredient of soy sauce. I love this dressing and it goes well with a green salad with chopped tomatoes and sliced cucumbers.

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 dash sesame oil (optional)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon mince garlic
pepper, to your tasting

Steps:

  • combine all ingredients and serve with salad.
