Nee's Angel Biscuits image

I would have to say that these biscuits are neck and neck with my daddy's biscuit recipe. My grandmother started making these when I was about 10 and I think that is where I gained that first 10 extra pounds....not that I blame her...but dang these are hard to stop eating! THIS DOUGH CAN BE KEPT IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR UP TO ONE WEEK

The glaze on these biscuits was a bit too sweet for me. I think I'll try making them again without the glaze next time.

These biscuits were a little too dense for my taste. I think I might try a different recipe next time.

I'm not a huge fan of biscuits, but these were surprisingly good. They were light and airy, and the glaze was just sweet enough.
