This pot roast was a disaster. The beef was overcooked and the vegetables were mushy. I will not be making this recipe again.

This pot roast was good, but not great. The beef was a little tough, and the vegetables were a bit bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I've made this pot roast several times now, and it's always a hit with my family. The gravy is especially good, and I always serve it over mashed potatoes.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my pot roast turned out dry and tough. I'm not sure what went wrong.
