Overall, I thought this potato salad was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The red potatoes in this salad were a bit too firm for my liking. I would recommend cooking them for a few minutes longer.

I found the dressing for this potato salad to be a bit too heavy. I would recommend using a lighter dressing, such as a vinaigrette.

This potato salad was a bit bland for my taste. I think it could have used more seasoning.

This potato salad was a hit at our last potluck! I loved the addition of the red potatoes, which gave it a nice pop of color and flavor. The dressing was also perfect - tangy and creamy, without being too heavy.
