No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Tarts (Light) image

These are made with cottage cheese and thick, creamy, non-fat yogurt. They only take a few minutes to put together and are sure to impress. The prep time does include the 2 hours chilling but not the time needed to drain the yogurt.

I'm not a huge fan of cheesecake, but I really enjoyed these tarts. The strawberry topping is what really makes them.

I found that the crust was a bit too crumbly for my taste. I think I'll try using a different recipe next time.
