It's great with ground beef or without! If you add ground beef, 1 lb 85% ground beef is perfect. Just cook ground beef separately and add with ricotta mixture.

This is the easiest lasagna recipe I've ever tried! It's perfect for a weeknight meal, and it's always a hit with my family. I love that I don't have to boil the noodles, and the sauce is always so flavorful.

This lasagna was a bit too heavy for my taste. The cheese was overpowering, and the sauce was a bit too thick. I think I would prefer a lighter version next time.

I wasn't sure how this lasagna would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was cheesy, flavorful, and the noodles cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making this again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my lasagna turned out way too salty. I think it was the cheese I used. Next time, I'll use a milder cheese and see if that helps.

Overall, this is a great recipe for a quick and easy lasagna. It's not the most authentic version, but it's still very tasty. I would definitely make it again!

This lasagna was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning, or maybe a different type of sauce. It was also a little dry, so I would add more moisture next time.

Delicious and easy! I've made this recipe several times now, and it's always a hit. The no-boil noodles cook perfectly in the sauce, and the cheese gets nice and melty. I highly recommend it!

I was skeptical about a no-boil lasagna, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was just as good as the traditional version, minus the extra work. My family loved it, and I will definitely be making it again.
