No-Cook Elvis Overnight Oatmeal image

⅓ cup vanilla soy milk
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup rolled oats
½ banana, mashed
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tablespoon chia seeds
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • Mix soy milk, Greek yogurt, oats, banana, honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt in a sealable Mason jar or container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
