Great recipe when you're hungry for brats but you're out of buns or you just want something a little different.

Time 1h5m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 bottle (12 oz. each) beer
4 fully-cooked bratwurst
1 Tbsp a-1 original steak sauce
4 8 inch flour tortillas
4 cheese singles

  • 1. Heat grill to medium heat. Cook and stir onions in hot olive oil in large non-stick skillet on medium high heat for 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown; cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • 2. While you are cooking the onions, bring beer to a boil in medium saucepan. Add bratwurst; cook for 5 minutes. Drain. Put brats on grill and grill 4-5 minutes until heated through and browned, turning occasionally.
  • 3. Stir steak sauce into onions. Top each tortilla with a cheese slice, onions and a bratwurst. Roll up and serve.

I've made these wraps several times and they're always a crowd-pleaser. I usually double the recipe because they go so fast.

These wraps were a disaster! The brats were overcooked and the wraps were soggy. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

Meh.

These wraps were easy to make and turned out great! I used turkey brats instead of pork and they were still delicious. I also added some avocado slices and they were the perfect finishing touch.

I'm not a big fan of brats, but these wraps were surprisingly good. The flavors all worked well together and the wrap was nice and crispy. I'll definitely be making these again.

These brat wraps were a hit at my last party! Everyone loved the combination of flavors and textures. I especially liked the crispy onions and the tangy sauerkraut. Will definitely be making these again.
