This pie is a great way to use up leftover coconut milk. It's also a great dessert for people who are lactose-intolerant. I highly recommend this recipe.

I was a bit skeptical about making a pie without a crust, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well this turned out. The filling was creamy and flavorful, and the graham cracker crumbs added a nice crunch. I will definitely be making this again.
