No Sugar Freezer Jam image

I found this on the web someplace and I tried this one and it came out fine. makes a great sugar free jam, and is delicious as a sauce.Time is guess work... don't know for sure. And serving size of course, is impossible to guess at, so I am guessing at the number of containers, since it depends on the size you use.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my jam turned out really runny. I think I might have cooked it for too long.

This recipe was a disaster! The jam never thickened, no matter how long I cooked it. I ended up throwing it out.

I'm not a huge fan of no-sugar jams, but this one is actually pretty good. It's not as sweet as traditional jam, but it still has a nice flavor.

This recipe is a lifesaver for me! I'm a diabetic, and I've been looking for a way to enjoy jam without spiking my blood sugar. This jam fits the bill perfectly. It's sweet, but not too sweet, and it doesn't raise my blood sugar at all.
