Noodle Pudding image

This recipe was prepared by Jan Trefny at our June 2013 meeting.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb boiled noodles
1/8 - 1/4 lb butter (melted in baking pan)
3 beaten eggs
1 can(s) drained fruit cup or peaches or applesauce
1/2 c sugar
4 - 6 oz cottage cheese
2 - 3 Tbsp sour cream
cinnamon (to taste)
raisins (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. To boiled noodles, add eggs, sugar, fruit, cotage cheese, cinnamon, raisins & sour cream - mix well.
  • 2. Put in baking dish that has the butter melted in it. Bake 1 hour at 350 covered for the first 40 minutes. Uncover the last 20 minutes! Enjoy!
