A very filling side dish casserole, which can be cooked either in the oven or the crockpot. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup sugar, I like to use about half of that.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix together and place in greased 2 quart baking dish.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Note: Can also be placed in a crockpot on low for 2 hours.
