A very filling side dish casserole, which can be cooked either in the oven or the crockpot. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup sugar, I like to use about half of that.

Overall, I thought the casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The casserole was a bit too dry. I think I'll add some extra milk or cream next time.

The casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some extra cheese and spices next time.
