Steps:
- 1. cook the noodles in boiling salted water until done about 20 minutes. Drain Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Mix the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chives, garlic, salt and pepper into the noodles. Place the noodles in a baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes until warmed through
- 3. Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
