I'm not a coffee drinker, but I tried this recipe with decaf coffee and it was really good! I loved the combination of flavors.

This recipe was a disaster! The coffee was bitter and the whipped cream was runny. I won't be making this again.

My Irish coffee turned out a little too strong for my taste, but that's probably because I used a dark roast coffee. Next time I'll use a lighter roast.

This nutty Irish coffee is the perfect way to warm up on a cold winter night. It's creamy, flavorful, and has just the right amount of sweetness.
