These are great little bran muffins with alot of flavor. Original recipe is from the back of a Hodgson Mill oat bran box, but I've made a few modifications and think these are delicious.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners or grease muffin cups. Blend together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, applesauce and yogurt. Mix into dry ingredients until well blended. Spoon into muffin cups. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 nice sized muffins.
