This bread is the perfect make-ahead breakfast or snack. I like to make a loaf on the weekend and then slice it up and freeze it. It's a great way to have a healthy and delicious breakfast option on hand during the week.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover oats. I always have a bag of oats in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use them in.
