Old Bay-Roasted Shrimp Cocktail image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 pounds Shrimp
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Peel and de-vein the shrimp but leave the tails on. Place the shrimp on a large rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle over the olive oil and Old Bay. Season with a little salt and pepper and toss well to coat each shrimp. Bake until the shrimp are pink, firm and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with good cocktail sauce.
