I have always loved hominy, and this recipe is amazing!!

30 oz white hominy, drained
8 oz cheez whiz
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 small bell pepper, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
