Old School Caesar Salad - Bethenny Frankel image

1 teaspoon mustard (I like Dijon)
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2-1 cup crouton

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except for the romaine and croutons in a blender.
  • Blend well and pour onto the lettuce. Toss and top with croutons.
