Olive Garden Peach Fresco image

I had a Fresco at Olive Garden last evening, and am estimating what it is comprised of. This is a work in process....might be posting edits as I perfect it. Join me in my quest for the perfect summer drink! I actually prefer club soda instead of the Sprite...and add a bit more than it calls for.

This Olive Garden Peach Fresco is a summer staple at our house. It's so easy to make and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I love the pop of sweetness from the peaches and the creaminess of the mozzarella.

Meh. I wasn't impressed. The flavors were just okay and the texture was a bit too mushy for my taste.

This dish is bursting with flavor! The peaches and tomatoes are so juicy and sweet, and the mozzarella adds a creamy richness. I'll definitely be making this again.

Not bad, but not amazing either. I think I'll stick to my usual peach salsa recipe.

I added a handful of chopped walnuts for some extra crunch and it turned out great! This salad is now one of my favorites.

This recipe was a disappointment. The peaches were too tart and the tomatoes were flavorless. I won't be making this again.

I'm a big fan of Olive Garden's Peach Fresco, so I was excited to try this recipe. It was pretty good, but I think I prefer the restaurant version.

The Olive Garden Peach Fresco is a great way to use up all those ripe peaches from my tree. I like to serve it with grilled chicken or fish.

So easy and refreshing! I love that I can throw this together with ingredients I usually have on hand. It's my go-to summer side dish.

Loved the flavors but found it a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll cut down on the sugar and maybe add a touch of lemon to balance it out.

This Olive Garden Peach Fresco recipe was a hit at our summer potluck! The combination of fresh peaches, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella was divine. I added a touch of basil for extra flavor and it was perfect.
