- 1. Butter 9 x 11 " baking dish then mix Flour , 3/4 c. of sugar, salt, baking powder together then mix with sliced apples & place in dish. then...
- 2. Beat the 2 eggs till foamy mix in 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla & the 1/2 c. sour cream & the melted butter blend together well & spread over over apple mixture.
- 3. Bake at 400* about 35 to 40 minutes till golden & done. Smells wonderful & so tasty.
