I don't remember where I got this recipe but it's very good! Prep time does not include time in the bread machine and cooking time is only the bake time.

Time 45m

Yield 12 rolls

Number Of Ingredients 10

2/3 cup water
1 egg
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons sugar
2/3 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon dill
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer, select dough setting and press start. When complete, turn off the bread machine, remove dough, and turn out onto a floured countertop or cutting board. Gently roll and stretch dough into an 18 inch rope.
  • Grease 9x13 pan. With a sharp knife, divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Place in pan.
  • Cover and let rise in a warm oven 10 minutes (to warm oven slightly, turn oven on warm setting for 2 minutes, then turn off and place covered rolls in oven to rise. Remove pan from oven to preheat).
  • Preheat oven to 350º. Bake 25-30 minutes until lightly browned on top. Remove from oven, cut apart, and serve warm.

These rolls were a bit too dry for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more liquid to the dough next time.

Overall, these rolls were good, but not great. I'll probably try a different recipe next time.

The rolls didn't rise as much as I expected. I think I might have used old yeast.

The dough was a bit sticky, and it was hard to work with. I had to add a lot of extra flour to get it to the right consistency.

I'm not a big fan of dill, so I used parsley instead. The rolls were still delicious, but I think I'll try them with dill next time.

I used fresh dill from my garden, and it really made a difference in the flavor of these rolls. They were so fragrant and tasted like spring.

I added some grated Parmesan cheese to the dough, and it took these rolls to the next level! They were so cheesy and delicious, I couldn't stop eating them.

These rolls were a hit at my last party! Everyone raved about how soft and flavorful they were. I'll definitely be making them again for my next get-together.

I was a bit skeptical about making bread in my bread machine, but these rolls turned out amazing! They were so easy to make, and the results were professional-looking and delicious. I'll definitely be using this recipe again.

These onion dill pan rolls are heavenly! The aroma of dill and onion filled my kitchen, and the taste was even better. They were soft, fluffy, and had the perfect amount of savory flavor. I'll definitely be making these again!
