This pie was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still very good. I think I'll try using a different type of cheese next time.

I'm not a big fan of onions, but this pie was surprisingly delicious. The cheese and thyme really helped to balance out the onion flavor.

This pie was a disaster! The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

I was a bit skeptical about this recipe at first, but I'm so glad I tried it! The onion filling was so flavorful and the cheese was perfectly melted. I will definitely be making this again.

This pie was amazing! I used Gruyère cheese instead of Jarlsberg and it was still delicious. The onions were caramelized to perfection and the crust was flaky and buttery.
