1/4 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup unbleached flour
2 teaspoons whey powder (I don't use)
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer.
  • Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or equivalent).
