This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add my own personal touches. I often add some sliced tomato and avocado, and I sometimes use a different type of cheese.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my sandwich was a disaster. The egg was overcooked and the cheese was rubbery.

This sandwich is so easy to make and it's perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. I love that I can use whatever ingredients I have on hand.

I followed the recipe exactly and my sandwich turned out great! The only thing I would change is to use a different type of cheese. I used cheddar and it was a bit too strong for my taste.

I'm not a big fan of arugula, but I still enjoyed this sandwich. The cheese and fried egg were cooked perfectly.

This open-faced sandwich is a delicious and easy meal that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The arugula adds a peppery flavor, the cheese is melted and gooey, and the fried egg is cooked to perfection. I will definitely be making this agai
