For a beautiful salad with an unbeatable combination of flavors, you can't miss with this recipe. We love the mellow avocado together with sweet mandarin oranges and crisp cucumber. The tangy dressing makes this dish special. It's a great summertime salad to serve with grilled meat. -Latressa Allen, Fort Worth, Texas

This salad is a great way to use up leftover oranges and avocados. It's also a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables. I love the tangy dressing and the crunch of the walnuts. I will definitely be making this salad again.

I love this salad! It's so refreshing and flavorful. I've made it several times now and it's always a hit. I usually add some grilled shrimp or chicken to make it a more complete meal.
