Yield Makes 4 to 5 pints

Number Of Ingredients 10

6 oranges
1 cup bitter-orange marmalade

2 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon mace
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
4 cups lingonberries
1 cup light raisins

  • Peel the oranges, remove all the white membrane, cut the sections in half and remove the pits.
