1 c simply orange oj (fresh oj isle)
1/4 c international delight, cold stone creamery, sweet cream creamer (milk isle)
1/4 c strawberry keifer (drinkable yogurt )

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together well and pour into 6 (1/4 cup) popsicle molds and freeze until frozen. at least 6 hours.
  • 2. For the calorie counter it has a whopping 260 calories of unbridled bliss in the entire 6 pack 110 caloies from the OJ 175 from the creamer 75 from the strawberry keifer 260 divided by 6 = 43 calories each popsicle
