Orange Fluff Salad image

I have not tried this salad. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this in Taste Of Home Quick Cooking 2005. Unlike many gelatin recipes, this salad doesn't have to set for hours, so it's great for unexpected company.

8 ounces sour cream
3 ounces lemon gelatin
22 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
21 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
8 ounces frozen whipped topping

Steps:

  • Place sour cream in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with gelatin and stir until blended.
  • Fold in the oranges, pineapple and whipped topping.
