First tried these when the grandchildren were smaller and I thought they'd try them and leave the rest for dinner. WRONG....They (4 of them) ate all of them and were licking their fingers clean

Steps:
- 1. Combine egg, oj, and water
- 2. pour melted butter in 10x15 pan
- 3. Combine flour and pecans
- 4. cut wings into three pieces, discarding tips
- 5. Dip wings in wet mixture then into dry mixture. Place wings in single layer on buttered pan
- 6. Bake UNCOVERED for 25 minutes @ 375*
- 7. Combine hot sauce ingredients. Pour half of sauce over wings after cooking 25 minutes.
- 8. Turn wings over and spoon the other half of sauce onto wings and Bake another 30 minutes.
