Orange Sauce Beans image

A fast and simple side dish.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c orange juice
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp instant minced onion
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 1-lb can(s) green beans

Steps:

  • 1. Combine orange juice, cornstarch, salt and onion. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add vinegar and drained beans and heat thoroughly.
  • 2. Small orange or tangerine segments can be added to the sauce along with the green beans for additional color and flavor.
