ORANGE SPRITZ COOKIES
I usually make these around the holidays. After about 6 minutes cooking, start checking in on them every two minutes or so. They go from perfect to burned very quickly.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add egg, orange juice and zest, and vanilla to butter mixture. Add flour mixture, mix well.
- 3. Fill cookie press with dough and fit with desired disks; press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack and cool completely.
